ibis Styles Paris Roissy CDG Hotel

"Stayed there for four nights, due to activities in the area. Pros: - The hotel was quite cool, during a very hot summer. Comfy temperature in the room and hotel in general. - Close to the airport. - Has a self service shop in the reception. - Has a shuttle bus connection. - Not too expensive. - They have a restaurant. Cons: - Not very welcoming or friendly staff. - Reaturant is... soulless with no pride in what they serve. Not cheap considering what you get. Not very welcoming or friendly staff. I felt somewhat like a "hair in the soup". Try the restaurants in the village 400 meters down the road. - The breakfast was very basic and two mornnigs were a mess with empty trays, nothing to drink. Messy tables. Horrible. - The room was basic and very small. Some items left from previous guest makes me question the cleanliness of the rooms. Very firm beds, but that's ok for me. - Very expensive self service shop. A bottle of water i 4x the price in a grocery store. - Going to central Paris with public transport is a complex expedition, and Uber/ Bolt is very expensive and takes 1 hour to 1 hour 20 min. The Ibis Style hotel at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam was a much more pleasant experience, and the reason I chose this hotel. Lesson learned."

"I booked this mistaken with the other one (that is actually closer to the airport) this one was 10 mins by car they have a shuttle but its 5 euros one way and not very often. air conditioning was listed in the facilities but it was barely a whisper of cold air coming out from the vent, and it was awful during the heatwave. the rooms defo need a makeover. I had also breakfast included, but by the time i went down at 9am there barely anything left at the buffet. Tables were pretty dirty and no staff was checking fi you had breakfast booked, so anyone could have sneaked in. Do yourself a favour and book the other Ibis."

"Fantastic staff breakfast was excellent so many choices and top quality reception were very helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. Only down side was noisy people slamming doors at night That of course happen s every where. As far as value for money goes it's a ten outa ten"
