"Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) offers only average gate cleanliness, and amenities vary widely between terminals. The airport is split into multiple disconnected buildings, and passengers often rely on trams or shuttle systems to move between them. During my trip, my gate was changed several times — including once to an entirely different terminal — which made the experience feel disorganized and inconvenient."

"Entire lobby area and bar stunk of sewerage, some serious stench from bad plumbing. Room also had foul smell on arrival. Have been staying here for over 20 years and place has gone downhill despite the renovations, rooms very very basic for the price. No refrigerator or tea of coffee making facility."

"Our flight was cancelled Saturday 27th of June at 23:35 and we had to find a hotel online the outskirts of Paris in the small hours. We eventually got the Ibis for the Sunday 28th and couldn't check in until 12pm, so we got an Uber over at 3am and asked if our family of 6 (including 2 young children of 6 and 4) could stay in the lobby until we could check in, and they flat out refused, treating us like vagabonds. Absolutely zero compassion for our situation The staff in that hotel are abysmal. They take forever to do simple tasks like checking in with routinely long queues reaching the doors. They couldn't even produce an invoice for us to claim our money back. They have a dedicated till for cancelled flights, so clearly they are in on the whole cancelled flights ventures. While the lobby was great and the rooms were passable for two nights, I would never voluntarily choose to stay here. The staff are truly awful, don't expect any customer service."
