"Clean, well thought out room design, convenient location. Expensive but worth it before a morning transcontinental flight. The first time we stayed here we returned our car at Terminal 1 and the CDGVAL train was a quick empty ride to the Terminal 3 station to walk to the hotel. This time we returned our car to Terminal 2, and the CDGVAL was chaos. Both were around 20:00. We had to wait for three trains to have enough room to get on a train to get to Terminal 3. Glad I wasn't one of the people trying to connect between flights!"

"France is experiencing an extreme heat wave, making working air conditioning an essential amenity. When we checked into our room at approximately 1:30 PM, the air conditioning was working and the room was cool. However, over the afternoon, the room steadily became warmer, and we could no longer hear the blower running. We lowered the shades before leaving to help keep the room cool, but when we returned, it was hot. We contacted the front desk multiple times. They first said they would reset the tablet, then the room, and later sent an employee who acknowledged the weak airflow, measured 20°C at the ceiling vent, and told us to wait 40 minutes for the room to cool. That explanation did not make sense if the system had been working properly all day. Before bed, with no improvement, we requested a different room. Only then did the front desk acknowledge that our room was essentially the same temperature as outside, but they said the hotel was fully booked and could not move us. Rather than acknowledging the issue sooner, we were repeatedly given temporary explanations that delayed a true response."
