Ace Hotel Paris Roissy

"I’m staying with the group on 22-23 September 2025 for the first time at Ace Hôtel Paris Roissy. Unfortunately the service we received from one of the staff name FATIMA is unacceptable and super rude staff. She should not work at hospitality industry. We checked in at evening time and the next day the room already been cleaned when we are out during the day till evening time. We came back from strolling outside and found one of the bed is wet after room make up even though we don’t know how and we honestly didn’t pour any water mistakenly on the bed! We reported to reception and she knocked on our room and asked “what is the problem?” With grumpy face and without greeting or even asked how may I assist you or apologizing. She even accused us that we are the one who made the bed wet. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I never encountered such a bad attitude from hotel staff in my entire life! She said this is not my job and our HK staff already left. Change the bed sheet by yourself! What an attitude! No sorry, no greeting, no attitude at all. When we saw her dealing with local French guest, she start smiling and showing her friendliness but not to us or maybe because we are Asian. Just kind reminder we came to your country as tourist spent our money not to receive such a horrible attitude from hotel staff. The gentleman staff in the evening, I’m sorry I don’t get his name but when I reported, he handled with calm and politely. I urgently request the management to review that staff attitude and check the CCTV as well how she behaves. Unfortunately I forgot to take picture of the wet bed. Positively this hotel provide good breakfast at least. I honestly review based on my true experience. For big country like France as mother of hospitality, this is really bad impression."

"Used ACE as a late flight stop off before our final destination. Location wise it's perfect from the Airport with no plane noise however.... there is nothing and I mean nothing local to this hotel, food will be UBEReats at best. We didn't eat breakfast but the selection looked pretty generic for any budget continental. Staff wise, we had a loverly young girl on reception who did her best to help with anything but I'm guessing on pretty limited resources (they had to borrow pillows from another room to give use an extra) but pleasant none the less. Rooms.are basic, reasonable shower, firm bur comfortable beds and clean if not a little rough around the edges. All in all you get what you pay for. -Great distance for CDG. -Reasonable clean rooms. -Nothing even remotely close for food."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!! The hotel staff was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. After receiving multiple confirmations of our reservation, we arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm after traveling, for them to tell us our card was declined and there was no room for us. We presented a new card and they acted like we were absurd and said they have no more rooms available. I showed them the confirmations and asked why they wouldn’t have tried to contact me before and they acted defensive and rude. When I asked to speak to another associate, our employee told him “Do not talk to them.” He eventually let us book a room when we proclaimed how wrong and illegal this was. To add to it, the breakfast advertised all over there website has an extra charge, and they made us spit out our croissants when we found that out. DO NOT BOOK HERE, waste of money."
