"Absolutely loved my stay here! I was travelling solo in Paris and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location was fantastic, really convenient for exploring the city, but it still felt comfortable and safe coming back on my own. My room was also lovely and spacious and had a fridge which in the heatwave was bloody awesome 😎 The owner was genuinely lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful, and every member of staff made me feel completely at home, thanks especially to Ylann and Alexandra! Nothing felt like too much trouble, and everyone was friendly and super nice!!! The hotel itself had such a warm, relaxed atmosphere and everything I needed for a brilliant stay and pastries and coffee for guests, what else do you want?? .As a solo traveller, safety comes first and this place was super safe, restaurants, cafe shops all next door! metro 5 mins away. i walked around at midnight back from a cruise and no issue! Wonderful owner, wonderful staff, brilliant location and an all-round amazing experience. I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Paris! 🇫🇷"

"Modern, clean rooms, and a cozy little breakfast buffet. Staff members are very pleasant, helpful, respectful and speak English quite well. The location is central, yet hidden, so it is ideal for couples and first-timers who want to be relatively close to the most famous attractions, without being constantly bombarded by noisy crowds. We are definately coming back here for our next trip to Paris!"

"We had high hopes for this hotel after reading reviews here. We booked at the 'non-cancellation' rate. Shortly after making the booking I realized that I had forgotten about the time difference and would not be arriving until a day later. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask to push the reservation by one day so we would be arriving the day after we booked but still staying for three nights. They refused to do this, even though they had availablility at the time (I checked before contacting). They informed me that 'no cancellation' also meant no changes. I really had to look through their site to find this information. The other 4 places we had booked for the rest of our trip had no problem adjusting the date of arrival. When we arrived, perhaps feeling that we weren't pleased about this, we were offered an 'upgrade'. What that really meant, and which we found out about once we were almost at the room, is that the elevator doesn't go up to that floor and we were now on the front of the building, not on the quieter courtyard side, which is what we requested. By this time we were pretty much fed up, and tired from a 16 hour journey from the west coast of Canada. So, the two of us, both in our mid-70's just hauled out suitcases up the narrow curving staircase and called it a day. If you consider this hotel, make sure you get a room that does not face the street where you are kept awake by sirens most of the night. And make sure you go through the site carefully to find all the policies should you have to make a change. Not a do-over for us the next time we come to Paris."
