"Twin bed was ridiculously small. We are tall, overweight people, so may not be a problem for smaller than average people but this was the smallest twin bed I've ever been in in my life. For context, they were narrower than cruise ship beds (I've been on 13 cruises with many different carriers) and way narrower than standard American twin size beds. Also not French standard since our single beds at the Paris Astotel 34B, the Hotel les Charmettes in St Malo, and our AirBnB were all much larger. In addition to the narrowness of the beds, they also were on a platform and had a mattress pad on top. The bed moved on the platform and the mattress pad was not fitted so slipped off the bed. This required multiple adjustments during the night. The only other annoying thing was that all the plugs were underneath the lighting and 2/3 of them were above the beds so accidentally unplugging or having plugs fall on your head during sleep was a very real possibility (serious concern for us CPAP users). If not for the beds, the place was great. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was all tasty. The rooms were quiet and the single blackout curtain provided great protection from outside light. The bathroom, while not large, was sufficiently spacious. We could actually bend down in the shower which was a nice improvement over many French shower boxes that we could barely move in. The decor was also nice. Location was also good, close to the train station, public transit and lots of good restaurants. So for above average size folks, avoid the twin bed rooms. For small folks, I'd recommend this hotel."
