"This delightful small hotel has it all. Lovely air-conditioned rooms, spotlessly clean. A very helpful crew smiling throughout the day, serving a great breakfast, right through to a nightcap in the lovely courtyard garden. Best of all, the location, a short walk to gain access to two metro lines. The locality is full of lovely independent shops and bars full of locals, not packed with tourists."

"Hôtel Bel Juliette is located in a lively and interesting neighborhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants and charming cafés. Unfortunately, the hotel itself does not justify either its price or its four-star rating. The property is very small, with a tiny reception area offering only two chairs, and the rooms are also quite small and noisy. The towels were rough, the curtains were dusty, the lamps were worn and unstable, the shower thermostat did not work properly, and many of the bathroom accessories were made of cheap plastic. Overall, the room felt tired and poorly maintained, falling well below the standard one would expect from a four-star hotel. The biggest disappointment, however, was the level of service. The staff were young and genuinely kind, but they lacked professionalism, and it was clear that they had not received adequate training. This is neither a charming hotel nor a true boutique hotel. In my opinion, it is simply a modest three-star property being marketed at a much higher standard. If you happen to find it at a heavily discounted rate, it may be worth considering. Otherwise, I would not recommend it, and I certainly would not stay there again. Questa versione"
