"The pictures online weren’t the reality of my stay. The room was tiny and dark. It felt like no one had stayed in there for a long time, it was dusty. It wasn’t very clean. Splash marks on the toilet wall, a dead bug in the sink, marks on the bed sheets. There was already water sat in the coffee maker (god knows when from) and bottled tap water covered in dust. The bed was two single beds pushed together, it was sort of slanted so I kept rolling into the dip in the middle of the bed. It was a very small room. On the plus side, the shower worked well."

"The room was a little small but it wasn’t a huge problem. The location was perfect, little far from the city center, but everything was reachable with metro. We had a great time at the hotel. "

"Asked for a twin room, paid 30% more for a twin room that was as big as the standard rooms, two single beds attached to each other. The room was not clean, dust and stains everywhere, sticking floor. The cleaner would come late afternoon even after 5.30, so if you want to rest or use the room, you will not have it cleaned (I had it NOT cleaned for 2 days out of 3; but never mind, I saw the cleaner using the towels - only the towels - to clean the WHOLE bathroom). Reception: late checkin (i was asked to come after 3 pm, while the published check in time is at 2 pm). The two receptionists I met were not professional at all."
