"We absolutely loved this place, the location, the room itself, but in particular the awesome staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so easy and memorable. Really friendly and helpful, very accomodating (we arrived after a 25 hour flight from Australia approx 6 hours early in the middle of a heatwave, the staff got our room ready asap and we were let in almost 3 hours before the agreed time, this was so comforting to us). Security was great, there was a mini mart across the street and the 24 hour service served us well as we are super early risers). 10/10 highly recommend this gorgeous little hotel in a 17th century building full of character and charm."

"I had an exceptional stay at this hotel during an 8-day trip to Paris. It was very well located (as long as you do not mind being a distance from the more fancy area of Paris - which I do not). Located just a lovely 10-minute walk from the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre, it was a perfect place for us to be based. The hotel is beautiful. I got a superior room, as rooms in Europe tend to be smaller, and after already traveling for two weeks, I needed a bit more space. The room was very nice. The lobby is very nice, also, and there are a number of restaurants right on the street. The hotel is literally across the street from a small grocery store, which was incredibly convenient. However, what made this hotel stay exceptional was the staff. I wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen who worked in the lobby; they were so nice and very helpful. I also want to mention the young lady who also worked the lobby, Lucia. She was absolutely delightful, ready to help with any questions, advice, and recommendations. She made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was quiet, although I always use earplugs (my room was directly across from the supermarket and they get up early! I would definitely stay here again any time. Very happy to recommend."
