"The experience at this hotel was really disappointing. The only positives are the location (which allows exploring a significant quantity of main sights on foot and walking through beautiful neighbourhoods) and a the staff, which are really helpful and kind. They assisted us with changing our reservation free of charge and we will never forget it. However, the hotel is really overpriced for what it is. The room was very small (and we did not even go for the smallest one!) and did not seem to be clean: the tapestries were dirty and worn out and there were carpets, curtains and velvet decorations which were quite dusty. The bathroom was also not properly clean (there was toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived in the room, so the toilet was not properly flushed). The towels were stained and one smelled like fried food, really disgusting. This is not what I would expect for 260 euros per night! Try to avoid using the elevator: it’s weirdly small. The hotel smells like sewage in the evening and, during the night, you can hear metallic noises (coming probably from the pipes or plumbing). Noise and temperature insulations are really poor: the room is cold and you can hear every noise coming from the street."
