"Friendly welcome and assistance with travel in and around Paris. Quite basic but clean room, tiny bathroom and shower. No hairdryer, no kettle or tea and coffee. Absolutely awful breakfast offering at an extortionate price - we didn't bother. Smokers gather outside at all times of the night, we could hear them talking for 90 minutes at 3.30am. Ask for a room away from the front. We won't return."

"I stayed at B&B HOTEL Paris for four nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. Although many reviews are very kind, I prefer to share my honest impressions, as the stay is not free and expectations should be met. From the moment you enter the hotel, the atmosphere feels a bit uncomfortable, with a strange overall vibe. The rooms appear old and not very fresh, and there is a lot of noise from traffic and people outside. The surrounding area also did not feel pleasant or safe — it seemed dirty, with many homeless individuals around, and it wasn’t comfortable to walk outside to find lunch or dinner. The location is about 25 minutes from the Opéra area in central Paris, so not very convenient if you want to be closer to the main attractions. Overall, I would recommend paying a little more to stay in a safer, cleaner, and more comfortable location."

"Looking for an affordable place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, a free parking, a right breakfast (not the too heavy one with tons of food : be honest you don’t eat that much at home 😉), but all you need for a normal breakfast, extra pillows or towels on request, then this is the perfect place.Sure this is not the Carlton hotel or the Saint Georges or even Hilton but what’s more important here is that it’s not that far from Paris and after staying there many times from February 2024 to December recently I would not consider staying elsewhere as we were well welcomed each time. So do not hesitate to book a room there."
