"This hotel is very basic. The rooms are small including the bathroom. The towel you are provided with is thin. The bedroom window overlooked the Trainline. The window dressings are plastic. You can constantly hear the trains and underground during the night. You can’t sit in the bar area unless you buy a drink. The owner is inflexible and rude. The breakfast is basic. I stayed for two nights and no one cleaned the room. There is no safe to put your valuables in. I asked to use the iron and had to pay €20 deposit and the ironing board was dirty. €2 to put your luggage in a room until you can get into your room. An absolute disgrace and a rip off."

"I booked via the app and missed that the rate did not provide for the general servicing of the room which I was informed of when checking in. I’ve looked at all copies of the booking in app and email and nothing is mentioned. The room itself is sparse but practical and has everything you would need including bedside phone chargers and hangers in open hanging, as well as plenty of space for suitcase. The shower was the biggest problem as the water poured out the gap between the hinged door. Which meant I had to collect a floor towel each day to wipe up the floor and as there is no service the soaking wet towels piled up over 4 days! I have stayed here previously for exhibitions at Porte de Versailles de Paris and this was not the case. In nearly 30 years of business travel I have never had to go down to reception to get a replacement floor towel or toilet paper - even less expected when paying €186 per night. One has to also consider that if rear facing you will start to hear the trains from very early which run behind the hotel building. I included breakfast but the offering was mediocre. We are back at an exhibition in April and will make every effort to avoid."

"Definitely avoid this hotel if you can. The room had almost nothing — no fridge, no kettle, no closet, and no safebox. The bathroom was tiny, and water leaked from the shower all over the floor.
