B&B HOTEL Paris Gennevilliers Asnieres

"Went for the OL in Paris with my wife and 1 year old daughter. When we arrived, they told me that I didnt have a reservation. Showed the man in the reception my hotels.com booking. He just laughed at me. Wasnt until I got Hotels.com to email him one hour later, we got our room. Dirty room, sand on the floor, no clean towels, didnt empty the trashcan etc etc. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT VISITN 47 COUNTRIES!"

"The hotel itself is well placed opposite the metro and the rooms are very clean and basic. The problem for my family was the lack of security at night. A man wandered in off of the street (assuming he was not a guest) and at 5am onwards went around the hotel banging on all of the doors on our floor. We did not open the door - we looked through the keyhole but could not see if anyone was there. He banged on our door a total of 4 times between 5am and 8am. It was very worrying. I know that it was a man as another couple complained to the reception this morning while I was there. They thought he was staff and let him in -the room - he went into their bathroom and then left. He then banged again, and again they opened the door but then he made some obscene gestures. Our question is how he could just walk in and wander around the corridors banging on doors . Is there any security in place? The lady on reception said that she had called the police but we don’t know what time and when and the response. We were checking out if our rooms this morning so didn’t wait to find out."

"The hotel is very close to the nearest metro station (about 5 minutes). The staff are very kind, we can check in earlier and they do everything fast. The room was enough for two people but there was a little bit cold. They cleaned the room every day so we didn’t have any problem with the clean. The breakfast was very tasty, with every French food. It’s start every day about 5a.m. I really recommend this hotel."
