B&B HOTEL Louveciennes

"Stayed here whilst attending Ryder Cup. It's a motel style, pay on check in etc. However, the room I had was functional and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. So for a 2 night stay when all you want is somewhere to rest your head it's a good choice. Easy to find, and free wifi and car park."

"Stayed here for one night with my wife and daughters. We therefore had a family room - it was a fair size with a double and a bunk for the kids. It was clean, tidy and modern. There is good parking on-site and there are a couple of steak restaurants within 5 minutes walk. They had wi-fi (€2). The check-in desk is not manned 24 hours but they have virtual check--in if you arrive late and vending machines for food and drink. It isn't within walking distance of a metro or train station so you will need a car/taxi if you want to get into Paris. Otherwise there is a bus stop just outside. I would stay again but if I was planning to look around Paris and I had a bit more time to find something else I would probably try and find somewhere closer to a station."

"The 5* review is based on the value experienced for room rate of €46! We chose the hotel to avoid the Paris traffic on a Friday evening whilst travelling east from Ouistreham. Based on the traffic chaos viewed on the A13 travelling west from Paris, we made the right choice. As normal, the room is spartan, but fine for an overnight transit stop. We found the room larger than other B&B Hotels we have experienced and spotlessly clean. However, I would wish they supply larger pillows or an additional pillow. The towels were rather thin and would need to be replaced in the near future. The best point about the hotel is its location, which is just off the RN13, in a safe and pleasant residential area, rather than a industrial/commercial area where most transit hotels are now located. So if required, good dining options are available within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent value as normal and the hotel offers safe and free parking."
