"Lovely warm room with a really comfortable bed and seperate toilet and shower with piping hot water. Excellent location for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Lucie was an excellent host and was very helpful. Easy overnight parking nearby."

"What a lovely place in the heart of Nantes with shops bars restaurants and train station within easy walk, only about 20 minutes to train station if that. Rustic building, you walk up a few stairs to reception and are greeted with a friendly smile, they knew my name and I was able to leave my luggage in reception as a 16:30 check in but they did ask if I needed my room at all. On check in I was provided with code for door to enter the building. I was offered breakfast at €6 per day and they said I could order on the day and explained I could have free tea and coffee in the morning if I wanted. The room was excellent very spacious with a large looks like super king size not sure but big, tv and wardrobe, table and chairs. You can open the windows wide to let in the air. Bathroom with shower, it’s like a studio apartment without the cooker and fridge. Clean and tidy throughout, there are a couple of sachets of shower/body gel so take your own, this is not a problem. I booked a year ago so price was excellent for the location. Free WiFi just accept terms and connect l, quiet and relaxing, you are in the centre so expect noise from bars outside when in festival period. You can shut the inner doors to the French windows and that will reduce any noise from outside I would book again without hesitation and I haven’t finished my stay yet, thank you."
