ibis Styles Nantes Reze Aeroport Hotel

"At this price point, it is a good buy, with decent, clean but somewhat basic rooms. The outside looks like a shoe box, but fortunately the interior is less austere. Frankly, we were staying here because an airport hotel we have stayed at before jacked their rates two and a half times on a holiday weekend. sTILL, Two annoyances that I find a bit deceptive. Their restaurant, which produced a decent dinner, was not open for lunch on a Saturday. The 24 hour bar/food service was also shut down in the afternoon. On a holiday weekend the dining room was packed, and there was one valiant waitress trying to serve everyone. Not her fault for the delays. The bigger disappointment, for a hotel with "Airport" in its name, there was no hotel van/shuttle service. Which meant a 30 Euro cab or 50 Euro private van ride to the airport. With the games played by the real airport hotel, we still saved a lot by staying here. But in 60 years of business and leisure travel, I have never had to take private transportation to an airport from "an airport hotel" in more than two dozen countries. if you have a car, perhaps staying here gives you the real motel experience. We had just turned in a lease car, and you are stuck in a forlorn part of town."

"Despite booking the budget hotel, I upgraded to the Styles on arrival. The room was large, and comfortable, and had a lovely shower. The bed was really comfortable. There is a restaurant on site, and had a good menu, and the food was very good. Breakfast had a good selection and was also good. Overall, a pleasant stop over."

"Close to the airport and close to Nantes city center. Very nice hotel, clean and design. Friendly staff, good breakfast included in the price. Highly recommend if you want to spend a night close to the airport and visit Nantes and need a free parking in the evening."
