"It is among the worst customer service that i have come across! The director, she was just despicable! What a nerve to state " reservez allieurs" which means, "book somewhere else" not even a "please" no basic manners! Not something you would expect from a woman of her stature ! Good, I took her advice !! Anyways, Nantes, is sure a beat place with lovely people, so please avoid that hotel to make the most of it. Thank you. Sharuna"

"Apart from being opposite the mInline train station this hotel has little to offer. The stench of drains in my room was overpowering. And even with the balcony doors open the, smell was intolerable. The place was in dire need of refurbishment and the service at reception can only be described as pre-war and Stalinesque. "

"Room smelt of damp. Shower was blocked and water leaked over floor. I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi although I was given codes. TV did not work. I was charged €4.38 for bottle of water although price on the mini bar was €3.00. Room had only one socket for charging my equipment. Will not be staying there again nor will recommend. "
