"I have traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels around the world, but my experience at Pastis Hotel Saint-Tropez was by far the worst. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay in beautiful Saint-Tropez turned into a very unpleasant ordeal. The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I was met not with hospitality but with hostility. Simple requests were treated as inconveniences, and every interaction felt tense and unwelcoming. Instead of creating a warm atmosphere, the team seemed angry, impatient, and uninterested in providing any level of service. Even worse, the director himself was extremely unpleasant, setting the tone for the entire hotel. His arrogance and bad attitude made it clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority here. Instead of resolving issues, he contributed to them. For a place that charges luxury rates, this level of treatment is completely unacceptable. There are many wonderful hotels in Saint-Tropez where guests are valued and respected, Pastis Hotel is definitely not one of them. Actually is WORST HOTEL WITH ANGRY director and stuff... YOU SCARED TO ASK FOR EXTRA COFFEE. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Save your time, money, and peace of mind, and choose another property where you will actually feel welcome."
