"Awful customer service:we arrived late and we tried to use the self check-in machine but the machine didn't work s so we waited for 30 minutes for a worker to arrive and open manually. The breakfast also had no fork and was poor."

"Location is pretty isolated although there is a bakery and supermarket nearby. Plenty of parking at the rear of the building. Odd two lift system in place whereby you get one lift up to reception, then a second to the rooms. We booked a room with double and a single because it was all that was available. Room was a decent size. Toilet separate from the bathroom which was useful although no washbasin except in bathroom which was not so useful. Bed was OK except the bedding didn’t fit so wouldn’t tuck-in at the sides and there was a hole in the duvet cover which didn’t look good. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on food."

"I stopped going to Ibis hotels since they started allowing pets because I'm allergic. This one says in Booking it doesn't admit them and that's why I booked, but it's a lie. False description. On this occasion I went to this one because it said it doesn't allow pets, but that's a lie, there was a German shepherd at reception at 8 p.m., which is also the same space for breakfast, this dog was possibly on the property and when I came back from dinner I saw another person with another dog. When I arrived at 5pm in the afternoon I didn't see any of this, otherwise I would have gone to another hotel asking for a full refund, but it was too late to look for another one. I informed Booking that same night and to date the description has not been modified, very badly, both on the part of the hotel and Booking itself. This is the second problem I have on this trip with Booking reservations, the information is inaccurate or outright a lie. On the elevator itself it says that animals are not accepted in the breakfast room, but the same elevator is in that same room. Inadmissible. This is why the score is so low."
