Frejus Holidays

A class act on the Cote d’Azur

Frejus was founded in 49 BC by Julius Caesar himself. But while you won’t run into any Roman emperors on Frejus holidays, this port town still impresses with its history and beauty. Located between Cannes and Saint Tropez, the resort boasts an impressive collection of well-preserved Roman sites, including an amphitheatre, aqueduct and much more. There are museums to explore and cathedrals to visit, and when you want to make the most of the weather, head to the long sandy beach, where you can swim in the Mediterranean or partake in water sports.

As well as offering lots to see and do in the area, holidays to Frejus are surprisingly laid-back and family-friendly. You’ll find plenty of accommodation options to suit every budget, and there are some fantastic restaurants where you can sample Provencal cuisine and local wine. Don’t stay out too late, though, as there’s more to discover in the morning.
