"This was my second visit. After the first, I knew I wanted to come back! The rooms were clean, beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The staff was amazing! They were attentive, communicative, quite accommodating and were able to relay lots of information regarding surrounding areas, for example: places to eat, shop, sightsee. Thank you so much Yosef, Noorhan, Hadir, Ahmed, Sarah and Tony for helping to make our trip to Cairo UNFORGETTABLE!!! I hope to see you all again soon!"

"I booked this hotel after seeing good reviews and it did not fail to meet my expectations. The hotel is close to all the amenities. Close to many shops, restaurants and transport. The guys Tony, Ahmed and Noor were very nice, courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was excellent and they made me very comfortable during my four-day stay, they ordered food and called a taxi for me whenever I needed it. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I have decided to stay only in this hotel during my next trip as well. A wonderful unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the city centre and not very expensive."

"WARNING: They might try to SCAM you. When my girlfriend arrived at the hotel they told her to cancel her reservation in Booking.com which was prepaid and non-refundable. When we checked-out they told us they hadn't received any money because we had cancelled the reservation and wanted us to pay again. Very disappointing behaviour. Everything else was good: Central location. People are nice. Drinks are free. Rooms are okay."
