I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my positive experience during my recent stay at the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, which was also my first visit to Copenhagen.
I was particularly impressed by the hotel’s excellent location along the canal, offering beautiful scenic views that added to the overall experience. The building itself presents a pleasant aesthetic, and the spacious, open lobby created a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The convenience of readily available taxis, as well as the ease of coordinating Uber or Bolt rides, was also greatly appreciated.
The amenities on the ground floor, including the bar, restaurant, and Executive Lounge, were well-maintained and inviting. As a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, I found the Executive Lounge to be a standout feature of the property. The lounge’s thoughtfully designed layout, with multiple seating areas, provided a comfortable environment throughout the day—from breakfast to afternoon refreshments and evening offerings.
Our guest room offered a lovely view of the canal and surrounding cityscape, and the overall cleanliness and comfort—especially the bed—were commendable. Additionally, the elevators were efficient and responsive, and the hotel floor we stayed on was consistently clean and well-kept.
I would also like to commend your front desk team. Although one of the associates appeared to be relatively new and missed offering the standard welcome benefit at check-in, he was polite and professional, and I appreciate the effort he made. With continued experience, I am confident he will be an excellent representative of your team.
One area for potential improvement would be the shower water pressure, which was noticeably weaker than expected. Addressing this would further enhance the guest experience.
Overall, I've been enjoying a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend your hotel to others visiting Copenhagen, especially from America.
