"3 nights, 2 bedroom mini apartment...neat kitchen with dishwasher and washer. Bedrooms have 'shoji' like screen doors and their own wardrobe/luggage area. the Beds are mattresses on a built up platform filling the room wall to wall and my friend found this difficult to navigate. Getting up during the night you have to inchworm to the foot end of the bed to stand...this would wake a partner if travelling with one. If there are any mobility concerns, this hotel is possibly not for you due to the beds. Good modern bathroom. Wonderful pillows and linen. Generous with supplies and so so close to Central and Metro as well as being in an area littered with restaurants. Not the ideal place either if you want privacy from room to room. Would stay again"

"We overall enjoyed our stay here and the amount of space the suites afforded, loved the extremely convenient location, found the setting amongst regular apartment buildings to be charming and would likely stay here again. That being said, these are some of the cons: We booked this place specifically for access to washer/dryer as we were traveling for two weeks with young children. Unfortunately we had problems getting our washer/dryer to work properly. We booked two rooms and had the same issues with both. Firstly the machine had pictures instead of words and we found that difficult to decipher. After some internet research (and a manual that reception referred us to) we concluded that the sun hieroglyphic meant very dry and the flower hieroglyphic likely meant cotton. Once we mostly had the proper settings figured out we ran into issues with the dryer. Despite trying very small loads we found that the dryer could never fully dry the clothes properly and everything came out smelling like wet sock. We eventually gave up on trying to do laundry since everything came out smelling worse than it went in, and just bought some new clothes. We also had some safety concerns with our top floor room—the ceiling was sloped and if you weren’t careful you can experience some self inflicted head trauma. The window in the bathroom opens up to a very steep drop down and can be a safety hazard with young children. We mostly got used to things over the course of our stay though and just kept that window locked tight. On the pros side the hotel manages to both be in a quiet residential area and just around the corner from the main train station from which we traveled across Denmark as well as locally around Copenhagen. The kitchen was very well supplied with appliances and dishes, and the two bedroom apartment provided plenty of room for our family of four. My parents were similarly comfortable in their one bedroom suite. The receptionist kindly checked us into one of the rooms at 9am, much earlier than the noon check in we had requested and it was greatly appreciated (though fyi there is a fee associated with early check in). The rooms were spotlessly clean, the shower had great water pressure and the stay was overall very comfortable."

"Just outside the central station, close to sights and cafes, clean and supplied with everything you need, this apartment should be a joy to stay in. But getting to it was so unpleasant. We were instructed to email in advance which we did - never got a reply. Arrived to find that there is not access to reception unless you get access code in advance to the outside/street door. We were first reprimanded by a stern lady at the front desk for not sending our email, then for our email ending in their spam folder, then for asking if we could check in earlier, then for crowding the reception area. It was always done with a smile and a look of disdain of a grumpy school headmistress. We went sightseeing and returned at 230 for the checkout at 3 pm. Was again instructed to wait till 3 and we waited dutifully. When we approached the desk at 3, we were again told to step away as she was busy checking in another guest and we were crowding the space! We were treated more as a nuisance and not guests, never did we hear - welcome to Copenhagen, do you need any advice on what to see or do? It was our welcome after a 25-hour flight. This must have been the most unwelcoming person in Denmark. I am returning to Copenhagen in September and will definitely be staying somewhere else!"
