CPH Hotel

"Decent room, nothing fancy but quite spacious and clean. We had a small balcony but no furniture for sitting. Our room was situated directly out towards the railway, so there were some noise from there but it didn't bother us too much. There are some activities in the public area as well as a swimming pool but we didn't use any of it since we only were there for a single night. Breakfast is located at a restaurant directly across from the reception, good value for money and a nice selection of food and beverages."

"Ten cyclists stayed 4 nights whilst we cycled round Copenhagen and as far as Helsingor and Roskilde. Lovely informal hotel. Good size, clean, en-suite twin rooms plus a pull down bed (we didn't need it). Rooms were quiet and air conditioned. It's a very short walk from the station and, as we discovered, taking your bikes on the trains was easy and meant we could extend our bike rides much further then return by train. The hotel did bike hire but we hired bikes elsewhere as we wanted touring bikes. Pool and leisure facilities good (small extra charge). Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of bread, cheese, ham, even scrambled/boiled eggs and assorted fruit, cereal, yoghurts, pastries, etc, and limitless fresh coffee. I ate it all! Helpful staff and reasonably priced comfortable hotel bar. Parked bikes outside front door with the hotel's own hire bikes. Booked in advance for a very reasonable price through booking.com. The reception responded to my queries about bike parking (no problem) and smoking (it's no smoking - hooray!). Vestrerbro Meat Packing area has become very trendy with lots of bars and restaurants - on sunny evenings it's great fun if you like that sort of thing."
