AC Bella Sky Copenhagen

"This was booked as part of a conference. Unless you must be here business reasons, this is best to be avoided. The room barely fits 2 twin beds (no option for larger bed was available). The space between and to the sides of each bed was about a foot--think tiny. Worse, the "mattress was approximately 4 inches of cheap foam like the mail order ones that come in a box for $29.99. The cleaning is truly questionable and management seems decidedly unconcerned. Very specifically, upon entering the room and opening the "closet" (which was about 18 inches wide), there was a pair of women's underwear discarded on the floor of the closet. Despite having been here 48 hours, informing the front desk and requesting a special cleaning, literally nothing has been done--the dirty underwear remains. Maybe you might choose to think something like that is a "one off" but absolutely no effort has been made to address this. Do they expect that I should handle this toxic waste left in the room? One wonders if there is a manager or if anyone here cares, but as a result, i will not eat the food. Think about it. How clean can this place be? I will await to see how Marriott makes thie right--should it be a full credit?"

"Me and my wife stayed for two nights here. The Hotel is near to Airport but distant from City Centre. It has Two Towers connected on first floor and on the 23rd floor by an interconnecting passage. The exterior view of Hotel is awesome. Me and my wife were in a group of 20 tourists so found that the seating arrangement in Lobby of the Hotel is conspicuously less and can be increased.Rooms are of OK size and Electric press with pressboard, Electric Kettle, Mini Fridge, Wardrobe, Hair Dryer etc were in the room. However Electronic Locker (Safe) was not there. I believe this is an essential item as Tourists can keep their Passport / Extra Cash secure in it while going out sightseeing.Rooms have motorised curtains which is nice.Room carpeting is also impressive. Breakfast arrangement is on the first floor. For the Vegans however, the options are limited - Fruits, Toast Butter, Corn Flakes - Milk, Potatoes, Croissants, Fruit juices and Yogurt are there.Tissue papers were not readily available there. Some extension work appears to be going on in the Hotel but it does spoil the view from rooms - Parking Lot etc. is seen from some. In the washroom attached with the room the bedside wall was of transparent glass - partly painted with dots - but with no curtain arrangement from inside or outside of the washroom and this Queer arrangement is indeed awkward atleast for we Indians."

"Very good location, proximity to metro. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Fantastic room view!!!"
