"My family of 4 stayed here for 5N and we found this place absolutely awesome. WE stayed in the 2 bedder apartment which was very spacious with a nice large sofa bed in the living room and comfy beds in the rooms. It had black out blinds in the rooms so that we have a good nights sleep. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough cutlery and china for a family of 4 or 6. BEst part is that all the equipment was very up to date and modern. Microwave, washer and dryer all worked properly and easy to use. BAthroom spacious and place for us to put our own toiletries. Reception told me there is a welcome cleaning pack which had laundry detergent, dish washing detergent and a sponge. If I needed more of anything, just go to the reception and they will provide. :) Awesome. They didn't have any box tissues but they provided the disposable paper kitchen towels which is good enough. If you need anything, just ask for it.
Reception is only open 9am to 5pm so there are self service check in kiosks for those who arrive before or after those times. Do look out for the email that will be sent that has the pin to enter the hotel otherwise you can't get in and will be stuck outside. The ladies at the reception were super polite and nice. Gave me all the information I needed and also helped me with regards to the strict garbage disposal laws that Denmark has and how I should segregate my thrash. THere is a lift that services ALL floors so no issues with luggage. AS I arrived before the 3pm check in time, the reception ladies kindly looked after my luggage for me as my family wondered around a bit. They did tell me that IF I came back after 5pm, they will place the luggage in our assigned apartment and told me to use the self check in kiosk to get the keys but I came back around 3.30pm so I got the keys from them.
Location is the best. it's so near the main train station and if you arrive by train from other cities, just walk towards the M3/M4 metro lines to the end where the lift is and take the lift up if you have luggage or use the stairs to exit. The hotel is literally at the street facing you on the left. Google maps for the win. Lots of asian supermarkets ( I counted 5) if you want to buy stuff to cook in the apartment, and some great local F&B around the area. WE found this local restaurant (Frk. Barners Kælder) which is a 5 min walk from the apartment which served yummy local Danish fare at reasonable prices (danish wise)
WE used the copenhagen card to go out and use the metros/trains/busses daily. So this hotel provided the best base to do so. Tivoli is walking distance as well ( just cut through the main train station) and the shopping street of Stroget is slightly further down ( maybe 10 to 15 min from hotel depending on how you walk).
EVerything is a positive for this establishment. Thumbs up.
I highly recommend this place for families wanting a central apartment in copenhagen and if I ever have a chance to return, I would for sure stay here again."
