"The perfect location for this wonderful hotel ! Staff simply charming and so helpful! Gorgeous garden setting with beautiful piano music played live. Exceptional breakfast Relaxing pretty atmosphere. Rooms spacious with beautiful bathroom, proper hair dryer, Asprey amenities etc Nespresso machine etc People make the place! So sweet, always smile and couldn’t do more for the guests! Will come back and will highly recommend! Thank you for the memorable stay of 4 nights!"

"Great location and the hotel would have been nice but there was no air conditioning. I was told that there was a heat wave and the air wasn’t working. I was eventually given a fan but the hotel management seemed unconcerned. The hotel next door had air and the hotel I left in Budapest had air. I also called the week before to double check on the air situation. No one told me there was an air conditioning issue. If they had I would have stayed somewhere else."

"Had multiple issues while staying for 3 nights and tried to resolve them while we were there. Simple things like asking for our single beds to be moved and separated by a table already in the room or curtains to be put up after they fell down in the middle of the night. We got nowhere and no effort was put in to contacting us even though we walked through reception several times a day. We followed up with the manager after we left (she was away while we were there) and again got nowhere. The whole hotel felt poorly maintained with low staff levels and little interest. Even housekeeping was incredibly sketchy with towels left on the floor and beds not properly made. In a 2* hotel that’s fine but not for a 5*. For the price we paid it was the worst value we’ve had for our annual girls trip. I’d advise anyone not to stay as there must be much better value in the city of Prague."
