"Hotel is right in the city centre. The rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely and staff helpful and kind. I would 100% recommend this hotel and even considering going back."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. After checking out, I unfortunately left my Burberry sunglasses behind in the room safe. When we returned to the hotel a few hours later, I immediately reported the missing item to reception. I was told they would check lost and found and speak with the cleaning staff, only to be told shortly after that nothing had been found. The fact that an item left behind in a room safe after checkout could simply disappear is deeply concerning. A safe is meant to provide security, and this situation shows a serious lack of accountability and trust. I am extremely upset and disappointed with how this was handled. I strongly warn future guests not to leave any valuables in their rooms, even in the safe. This hotel has completely lost my trust."

"Located very near to the Hlavni Nadrazi central train station, this is a modern, clean and friendly place with a creative touch. We got the penthouse room that was a bit small, partially because of the inclined ceiling, but it was missing nothing - including a nice bathroom, a mini bar and an operating safe box. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety (see photos). I missed the bacon though, but there were special sausages instead. For gluten allergic the variety was less extensive, mainly when baked beans was changed to pasta in the third and fourth day. Deserts were also mainly gluten containing, but there were great fresh fruits as well. The staff was friendly and helpful and mainly not very noticeable - that is an advantage in my opinion, since there was no overservice as well."
