"We had an amazing stay at the President Hotel in Prague. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always available to assist with any of our needs. Their local knowledge and recommendations helped us discover some amazing restaurants which made our trip more memorable. The hotel itself was an excellent choice perfectly located for exploring Prague. Overall, the President Hotel was an excellent choice and we look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"The President Hotel offers an excellent location, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant overall stay experience. The hotel itself met my expectations and I enjoyed my time in Prague. However, I was disappointed by the hotel’s complete lack of flexibility regarding a reservation issue. Before arriving in Prague, I realized that I had accidentally booked the correct hotel but for the wrong month. The mistake was entirely mine, and I never asked for a refund, compensation, discount, or any special treatment. Instead, I simply asked whether the reservation date could be changed. I was fully prepared to pay any reasonable rate difference required for the new dates. Unfortunately, the hotel refused any modification whatsoever. Throughout the process, neither the hotel nor the booking platform was willing to offer any practical solution. In the end, I still chose to stay at The President Hotel. Since my original reservation could not be modified, I had to make a completely new booking at the current market rate, which was approximately 25% higher than the amount I had already paid. The financial aspect is not really the issue. What disappointed me was the complete absence of flexibility and goodwill. Hospitality is not only about rooms, facilities, or breakfast. It is also about how guests are treated when honest mistakes occur. I understand that hotels have policies and terms that must be respected. However, there is a significant difference between enforcing a policy and refusing to consider any reasonable solution. Prague is a wonderful city, and I will certainly return in the future. Whether I return to The President Hotel is another question. A hotel can easily replace a guest. What is harder to replace is a guest’s trust."
