"We traveled from Colombia to Prague. Our stay was perfect; the room with views of the Vltava is phenomenal. The hotel staff is very willing to help and is very helpful. The hotel is cleaned daily."

"The hotel was exceptional in a great location. All staff were very pleasant. My only minor point on hotel is to allow a private party to take over the entire ground floor and other guests were not allowed to use it. The was disappointing but as we were there for 5 nights it was a blip, it would have been unacceptable if I was there for a more limited time. The other downside to hotel were the 2 companies that ran Jen restaurant and the sky bar. Jen food, when it came, was very good but the service was appalling. It was after another private function but I would have expected better. The Skybar, whilst great views, was far too expensive for basic drinks. Both of these negatives should not reflect on the hotel and staff themselves. Thank you"

"Fantastic location just a 10 minute walk to all major tourist attractions and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Spacious clean rooms and courteous staff. Casablanca Sky Bar a must for cocktails."
