"Just back from Prague an would recommend this accommodation, met by lovely hoist who explained all the attractions etc of the city. Apartment nice an presentable an comfy for 6 lads over to watch the international football. Good location also and handy to restaurants an the main square few minutes work. Would definitely return to accommodation on my return as excellent value for money."

"Spent two nights in apartment #5 on the 5th floor - right under the metal roof top in the Old Town Residence Apartment. Cozy little apartment, can fit 4 comfortably. Great location in the heart of Prague. You will be in walking distance to the City centre. Elevator needs an upgrade, you’ll have to figure out all the tricks that come with this one. Being here in August, we had to deal with the heat. The owner provided a portable air conditioner and three fans, which were life savers. The only downside is that the portable a/c requires one large hose to stick out of an open skylight window, which faces a busy street. Seeing graffiti around the rooftops of this building, I could not help but think about potential thieves. We brought our valuables with us, since we were out exploring the city for most of the day. During a thunderstorm with heavy rain in the middle of the night we had to worry about closing the skylight window. Lots of noise pollution from the street below with an open window. A few drunks, (probably homeless) would yell as they walked down the street every night (2am) and disrupted our sleep. Sirens from emergency vehicles were also disruptive with an open window. Kitchen is quite disappointing. Very small amount of space where to stack washed dishes. Stove top has two elements and appears to be older than I am. Comes with a mini fridge, which is too small for a family if you are planning to cook. Wifi is weak and seems to be shared amongst all 5 apartments. We were told that our towels and garbage would be changed each day, unfortunately this didn’t happen. Bathroom is large but very inconvenient - very limited amount of hangers (one available) for towels to dry. Limited light for shaving. One small bar of soap was provided and no shampoo. Shower system is broken and you have to hold the shower head the entire time. No washing machine. "

"We booked 3 apartments (one 4 bedroom, and two 2-bedroom units) for our family of 13 and requested them to be close together. They kindly put two in the same building on Karprova and one around the corner on Zatecka. The apartments were beautiful, located very close to the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. There were wooden floors, large windows, comfortable furniture and extremely large rooms. The kitchens were well outfitted and having a washing machine was extremely useful. Right in the middle of all the main Old Town attractions by walk. Lots of little grocery stores and restaurants near-by.   The areas to improve - with a large group of 13 you need to plan the logistics of check-in properly!!! Send over person to check-in while keeping your large group comfortably waiting with luggage somewhere else until you get your keys. Only take a taxi when you know your location.... Better to pay for a waiting taxi than to unload luggage and then have to walk it 10 minutes away. - there isn't a lobby where you will check in. The apartments can be 1 km away, so be careful if you're coming straight from there airport with lots of little and impatient kids. You don't want to lug 13 suitcases up and down there stairs to their storage room. There was only one bathroom in each apartment, including one in a 4 bedroom apartment for 8 people. There was a strange smell from the gutters in 2 of 3 apartments The rooms can get warm on hot summer nights, so more fans would have been good. And opening the windows can be loud since you're in the the touristy Old Town where there's always some restaurant cleaning up, or loud street noises The small 2 bedroom apartment we had on the 5th floor / attic of the Zateka building was stifling hot/ The queue to check in and get keys was very long. They should have more people on duty during the busy summer time.   "
