The room was clean and as expected at a 5 star hotel. We are a family of 3 and enjoyed the city very much on our 5 day stay and the reception staff were very welcoming during the check in. Our only annoyance was the pool area. Although the facilities were good. The floor tile choice is extremely dangerous as the floors are slippery, even with no water on the floor. No amount of wet floor signs could mitigate such dangerous conditions if an accident happened. Clearly a terrible decision on this tile. As a result, every time we used the pool there was a pool cleaner literally circling the pool trying to remove water which would naturally be splashed to the sides of the pool walking area. This felt extremely uncomfortable and totally pointless, as when the cleaner had removed water, it would almost immediately become wet again as someone would still be using the walk area by exiting or splashing while swimming. The worst part for me was the rudeness of a manager in a suit coming out to let us know jumping was not allowed in the pool. My son was enjoying the quiet pool. The sign besides the pool clearly stated no diving, but only below in a smaller sign it said no jumping. This manager had no hospitality skills or manners when speaking to me; and this is definitely not expected in a 5 star environment. So with the 'fun police' manager and a pool cleaning lady chasing any water on the floor in a pool facility 24/7 this truly ruined this poolside experience and actually made it most unpleasant. If you don't want water anywhere, just remove the pool. If it's too dangerous and you need a cleaner to circle the pool chasing water, then change the tiles or use more non slip mats. Please do better Marriott; your managers in suits who wish to approach clients at the poolside need to learn a polite manner at the very least. Thank you. Mr M Van Der Sande"

"My partner & myself stayed at this supposed 5 star Hotel in Prague for three nights in early July. We were late arriving due to flight delays from Southampton. On arrival we were shown to our room by our tour guide. The room was dull, drab and had no welcoming vibe whatsoever. No coffee maker was provide as has always been the case in all other 5* hotels we have stayed in. Instead what was provided was sachets of stale Nescafé coffee, no coffee creamer or milk in the fridge! When we inquired about milk, we were told it could be provided for a charge. There was no blackout blind, just curtains that did not close fully. The only view was a concrete wall. To make matters worse, each day we had to ask for our room to be made up as it was not done when we came back to the hotel after 6 hours out enjoying Prague. This is NOT a 5* Hotel. As the booking was made by our tour company, we had no choice but to accept it."

"This was our second stay at Prague Marriott, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an incredible two-story villa-style suite. It was exceptionally spacious, featuring three separate sitting areas, a dining room, and plenty of room for our family to relax. The suite was spotless and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The check-in process was quick, efficient, and welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The M Club was a wonderful perk, offering a good selection of appetizers and beverages in a comfortable setting. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s on-site restaurant, where both the food and service were excellent. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, making it very easy if you’re traveling by car. The location is another major highlight. It’s only about a five-minute walk to Prague’s city center and many of the major attractions, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Overall, Prague Marriott delivered another outstanding stay. Excellent accommodations, exceptional service, and a fantastic location make this one of our favorite hotels in Prague. We look forward to returning again."
