"Where do I start with this review? (We were on a girls holiday party of 6)

Staff
They are rude! There is a sign that says dont forget to smile however not 1 member of staff at this hotel smile or acknowledge you. They walk past you and don't even smile or speak this is same at breakfast.
The reception staff gave a couple 2 room keys that accessed our room. They told them they were in our room. At the time we were all in bed luckily awake had we not been then gosh knows what would have happened. Since that incident we were not confident that our belongings were safe.
How can they check 2 different parties into the same room and give both parties keys that activate the door?
When addressing this issue with reception staff there was no apology and did not understand what our issue was as they just gave other party another room.
Rooms
Very basic. We were in a room with 4 single beds and there was only 2 plug sockets at the bottom of 1 of the beds. So this at times proved challenging just to charge phones etc.
There was a random 1 chair and table behind the door (despite room being for 4 people) and the position of this was pointless.
There was only 1 bin in the bathroom no bin in the room.
The cleaners came in and re made 2 of the 4 beds and gave new towels that is it.
The bathroom in the room did not have an extractor fan and with 4 people in the room it wasnt always nice 🙃 the bath was not the biggest.
The air-conditioning did not work so lowest the heating would go was 17. Even staff came in and could not fix it
The card holder - was broken and basically hanging off the door.
Rooms were small especially for 4 people.
The TV did not work.
Amenities
There was no bar or other area to meet really. They had a fridge near reception with beer in to purchase which was cash only!
A vending machine with some snacks in - not great choices!
Breakfast-
No one actually told you where it was or if you just walk in etc.
However at breakfast same things repetitive sausage,scrambled egg, bacon bits, yoghurt fruit, cold garden peas, toast. Cheese triangles - which were quite nice!
It wasnt great but it was ok chance to meet rest of party and discuss what doing for day.
However staff again unfriendly rude don't smile reach other you whilst eating to take a dirty cup off table.
Nothing else really at hotel
Location - was ok but its not in main area of Prague or near attractions so you need to walk or use transport to get there.
It definitely is NOT a 4 star hotel and would not recommend staying here unfortunately!"
