"Would not recommend this hotel in any way. Rude staff and extremely uncomfortable stay! I’m writing to express my serious disappointment with our current stay. We were given an apartment where the main bedroom has no air vents and no air conditioning. This is extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star property. When I called reception to ask for a portable AC unit, as the other room has one, the receptionist was dismissive and frankly rude. I was simply told, “We can’t help you,” with no effort to offer a solution, escalate the issue, or even acknowledge the problem. For a 5-star hotel, this level of room condition and customer service is unacceptable. A guest should not have to sleep in a room without proper cooling, and basic comfort should not be treated as an unreasonable request."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and I absolutely do not recommend staying here. After a long and exhausting day of traveling, we arrived expecting a comfortable room, but instead we were given two separate single beds, even though we clearly booked a double bed. This is completely unacceptable and ruined the comfort of our stay. The service was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the staff did not make any effort to fix the issue or offer an alternative. On top of that, there was no water provided in the room at all, which is shocking for a hotel at this level. Basic hospitality standards were simply not met. Overall, the experience was terrible. I would never stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
