Holiday Inn Prague an IHG Hotel

"Very pleasant multilingual staff with a smooth check in. Clean well organized room exactly as reserved. Unfortunately, they said that shuttle back to the airport is no longer operational . So we booked ?”Volt” for 5 euros per person back to the terminal as they suggested. Well, it turns out ?”Volt” dumped us out at another hotel, claiming we had only paid the “preterminal” fare. May as well have pushed the luggage back to the terminal ourselves"

"Dinner at the Holiday Inn restaurant at Esprit was amazing! A truly authentic Czech dining experience. We had the traditional goulash and succulent duck and both were absolutely delicious. They aren’t on the regular menu but are offered as daily specials. The wine pairing was also a fantastic recommendation and complemented the meal perfectly. There’s really no need to venture far to experience traditional Czech cuisine when you can stay right at your hotel and enjoy an exceptional Michelin star quality meal! The service was exceptional! "I had another fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Prague by IHG, and once again, I was very impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Tobiáš and Jan for their excellent service and for making me feel so welcome. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with an amazing breakfast and great food overall. My IHG status was recognised, which I really appreciated, and the whole experience was exactly to the high standards I’ve come to expect from IHG. As someone who also works for Holiday Inn, I know how much effort it takes to consistently maintain those standards, so I particularly appreciate it when a hotel team gets everything right. This was my second stay, and I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you to the whole team for another excellent experience."
