"I slept two nights but room was close to tram and windows were not efficient at all, it was REALLY noisy, in real I had terrible nights I explained at reception but nothing has been done !"

"First of all, my birthday was on October 11th, and I would like to thank you so much for the birthday cake and wine. It was very thoughtful of you, and you made us very happy. As for my thoughts about the hotel, although it is not very close to the city center, the tram system made it easy for us to reach many places thanks to the stops near the hotel. However, there is also a downside: the noise from the trains is quite loud and can even wake you up during the night. The room cleaning was excellent, and I would especially like to thank the person responsible for it. Our room was spotless throughout our four-day stay. I would also like to share some constructive criticism. The down arrow on your TV remote control was not working, so we could not use YouTube. When we tried to connect our phone to the TV, it asked for information about the television that we naturally did not know, so that did not work either. We asked the reception for help, but unfortunately, they could not assist us. I believe this issue could have been resolved by simply providing us with another remote control. It would have been nice to receive some assistance. Regarding breakfast, I would suggest considering the tastes of guests from the Balkan countries and expanding your cheese selection, as well as adding olives to the breakfast menu. After all, your guests do not come exclusively from other European countries; many also come from Türkiye and the Balkan region. I believe these guests' preferences should also be taken into consideration. Thank you again for your thoughtful birthday surprise and for the pleasant aspects of our stay."

"The trainee at reception was rude. His name was Tomas (not sure if the Czech spelling. When I told him he was very unfriendly to me for 2 days he said nothing but smirked. I said are you going to apologize and he said he did nothing wrong. He will have trouble in the service industry either way that bad attitude. When I said oh sorry I thought the water was free he said that’s why they put a price tag on it. It was not in English whatever the sign said and there were no numbers. He also rolled his eyes as if I bothered him when I asked him for directions the day before. Not friendly at all. Did not treat me as a welcomed guest at the hotel. I was on the 5th floor. My room was very nice. It was clean and comfy. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good and all staff were very friendly. Too bad Tomas left a bad feeling on my stay. He needs more training. I’m a teacher and I’ve seen students like him who will not take responsibility for their actions. He will not last unless he gets help learning what the service industry is all about. My son manages 5 high end restaurants in Calgary, Canada. He would take pride in his service to the public."
