Grand Hotel Prague Towers

"Arrived for a 4 night stay with room all ready for us by mid-day . The room was lovely and bright with a big window with a view on to the city. Room was very large and spotlessly clean. Bathroom had bath with integral shower. We were on bed and breakfast which was served until 11 o’clock. The food was plentiful, delicious and lots to choose from. Came down into the lobby bar of an evening where the staff were very kind and friendly. Only slight problem the service was sometimes a little bit slow. One morning we asked could the room be cleaned early because my husband was having a medical procedure - that was no trouble that was sorted for us. The metro (Red C-Line) is right outside so you can jump on that and go anywhere virtually for 30Czk (about £1)"

"Very disappointed with room cleaning service - was not told that it's only every other day. Called repeatedly with no answer , and finally had to complain to reception, and supervisor Olah instead of being receptive was making excuses as to how many rooms needed to be cleaned everyday - not even an apology ."

"Hotel is situation right next to the metro so can easily get into the centre of Prague. Stayed in a room near the very top of the hotel with amazing views over the old town. The room was nice and breakfast was really good. The views were the highlight and staff were nice too. Would definitely stay here again"
