"hotel was clean room made up daily rooms a good size . Tram stop and metro near by, staff friendly apart from one who was laid on sofas in the back of the hotel sleeping on a nightshift we had to wake her up as 2 guests who had arrived very lafe at night and were waiting to check into the hotel not very professional ."

"Fabulous trip away for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The only downside was they told us they had upgraded our room, which was very kind and the room was massive, however it was very noisy. A little bit of a walk from the main attractions, we booked our trip with love holidays and they said it was only a 5 minute walk away when it ended up being at least 20 minutes."

"Fantastic hotel and the location is good too being just a 15 minute walk from Wenceslas Square, providing easy access to the new town, old town, Charles Bridge and the lesser town. The hotel is lovely inside and kept very clean, with bedrooms attended to each day. The staff are friendly and very approachable. Really the only aspect that I feel needs to be addressed is that the orange juice served from the machine at breakfast each morning was warm….I would expect it to be chilled and am unsure if the machine was broken. Overall a fantastic stay and there is a lovely little bar across the road which serves great cocktails…. I would highly recommend Hotel Galileo!"
