"Great location for exploring central Prague; the hotel is on a side street and although I note some people at the front of the hotel found it noisy, we had a room on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard and it was very quiet, other than when a wheel case went by at 4am, presumably heading for an early flight home. Our room was the massively luxurious one the hotel promotes on its website and on TA but - it was a lovely room nonetheless and perfectly clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Bathroom big enough, with large shower and we had a window that opened (I hate it in modern hotels when you can't get any air into the room), a couple of arm chairs, a TV that didn't get turned on once, and a large wardrobe. The breakfast was fantastic - so much choice including a made to order omelette station, plenty of teas and coffees, juices, fruit, pastries and the usual cooked and continental items. You can also get a 'go cup' to take a coffee with you when you're done. The hotel kindly allowed us to check in early as our room was available and we very much appreciated this so we could freshen up, dump our stuff and have a pretty much a whole day in the city. The staff team is super friendly and helpful, day and evening. We liked the ground floor bar - lots of comfy chairs and tables, a telly (again, didn't watch it) and a bar that sells beers, wines and cocktails. I enjoyed sitting down there reading my book with a cuppa in the morning, or having a cocktail before heading out in the evening / quick drink before bed. Interesting mix of other guests, also very friendly. Would most definitely stay here again; great location, great staff, good value for money."

"This hotel lives in a 14th century monastery building on a side street in the center of a busy city. The facilities, staffing, service and breakfast were all wonderful. The house keeping and breakfast staff were especially good. I would definitely stay there again."

"Hotels location is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants nearby but is still very quiet. Location is central for sightseeing too. Rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and ours had a view of the courtyard. Breakfast was excellent, good selection. Lobby bar was a good place to start or finish the evening! Staff were friendly and pleasant and made us feel welcome, planning to return next year!"
