EA Hotel Downtown

"Highlights of this hotel: the location very close to the Muzeum metro crossing the green and red lines. Points of weakness: 1. General services: in the room there is a kettle but no filter and generally, if I travel, I do not bring them with me but I expect to find them in the room especially if the hotel qualifies as a 4***. 2. Breakfast always the same for 6 days, very scarce in sweet products, more stocked as continental breakfast. Really basic. Gloomy breakfast room, 2**. 3. Cleanliness of the room I would say lazy, the least to not get to the complaint, even if another person in my place could have dared... 4. Bottle of water in the room for a fee (no in a 4****) I wouldn't honestly recommend it, sorry...after that very well if you were to position yourself as 3*** and charge as such."

"Not recommended... we arrived very late and there was no one in reception, after 15-20 min., when the gentleman arrived, not only did he not say hello, but he did not apologize for the wait, he only spoke to ask for 2 euros per person per night as a tourist tax... We caught a heatwave and the air was broken, and the answer was that it was a problem in all the rooms...the carpet was disgusting, full of stains, and on the bedside table some earplugs from the noise that is down the road...anyway, we didn't like anything...the only good thing is the location, which is close to the center."
