"It's hard to top the location of this little gem. Sitting a three minute walk from the old Town Square on one side and a 2 minute walk to the Charles Bridge on the other, this is the ultimate sweet spot for a first time Prague visitor. And wile it sits in the midst of Prague's main attractions, it it itself on a narrow, one way street that gets almost no traffic. Pretty much best of both worlds. Well, almost... while it's on this little side street, it's near the corner, just a few paces from a major tourist thoroufgfare complete with pubs where boustrous folk party hearty on the street well into the wee hours of the morning. It's not always conducive to sleep. We didn't really mind it, but it could be a problem for some. This is a place where you may be better of in a room without a view as not facing the street may be quieter. The rooms can also feel a little cramped. Not unusually so foe a centrally located place in a Medieval city, and it won't be a problem if you're like us and spend all your time out and about rather than in your hotel room. Value is good for so centrally located a place and staff are both welcoming and helpful. This is easily a five star choice for many travelers, but some will need to heed the caveats."

"My twin sister and I stayed here for a little over a week, and what a little gem! It's literally 2 minutes from Charles Bridge, and off of Karlova Street which can get busy, but Seminarska Street, which the hotel is on was so quiet. A lot of attractions are walkable from here, and the subway stop, Staromestka, was very close too. The rooms were clean and yes, small, but this is a beautiful historic building- we don't have places like this in the USA; our room was perfect for 2 people. The morning breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Romana, Alice and Jitka, who worked at the front desk were amazing; so friendly, accommodating and helped us practice our Czech! We'd definitely stay here again, and have recommended this hotel to friends."
