"I had a wonderful stay at the Augustine Hotel in Prague. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of history, with a perfect location in Malá Strana within easy walking distance of Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and many of the city’s main attractions. What made the experience particularly memorable was the exceptional service. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Adelina, who was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her exceptional hospitality made a lasting impression and added a very personal touch to my stay. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the historic character of the property makes the Augustine feel truly unique. Overall, an excellent experience and one of the highlights of my visit to Prague. I would gladly stay at the Augustine again, and my sincere thanks to Ms. Adelina and the entire team for making the stay so memorable."
