Angelis Hotel

"I am suprisingly disappointed for the first tima with tripadvisor rating.we had a lot of problems here.I am done with going to the reception and trying to fix the problems.W’ve booked a suite room for four people which is nice because a lot of hotels don’t accept this much people but the second bed was so bad.Ther is no way that anybody can sleep in there.The room was smelling so bad i guess someone left their food in the fridge for days and it really is disgusting.It was all around the room we couldn’t even use the wardrobe.When they have available rooms for us they changed our room but two night were a nightmare.And the other rooms were on the roof floor and there is a beer factory in front of the street,it smells 7/24.Also the AC was broken on middle of july.They did nothing about that.Also they took city tax from my sister too but she is under eighteen so if we wouldn’t check they were not going to give it back to us.Breakfast buffet,the worst coffee i have ever had in my entire life.Low quality food,little options and without any ac it is in the basement no windows and air.I got it is an authentic hotel but i will never choose this uncomfortable hotel again.Just don’t choose the hotel."

"Beautiful room and decor. Great location and free parking. The service was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and nice and it was really quiet so I could easily fall asleep. Highly recommend it to couples or family traveling to Prague!"

"We have just spent 3 nights at this hotel and I can't fault it! Location We got 191 bus from the airport all the way to the bus station which was easy- it took 50 mins.Located in a quiet street off a main road in Andel -very near Andel metro and bus station and tram. Very near big shopping centre, Tesco and Lidl next to Andel metro and many restaurants. easy to get in to the centre it's even walkable withing 25 minutes. We bought a 3 day travel pass which was about £50 for all of us and enables us to travel around the different zones of Prague on trams trains and buses. Rooms are large and nicely decorated- we had a double and a twin next to each other both spotless with comfortable beds lovely bathroom with toiletries hairdryer and TV. Cleanliness Hotel spotless throughout and smells lovely! Breakfast Delicious breakfast with lots of choice including fruit, fried eggs , pancakes , boiled eggs, salad, cheese, meat , sausages, gorgeous homemade cakes( we even got the recipe!) coffee, loose leaf teas, cereals, seeds, hot chocolate fountain, breads and juices. Soya milk alternative. very helpful with allergies and going through the food with us. Staff We met Denisa and Robin on reception who were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. All the ladies in the breakfast room worked so hard and were happy to help with anything. If anything ran out you only had to ask and it was replenished. Highly recommend Hotel Angelis!
