"Excellent hotel after refurbishing. Nice large room. Towels changed every day. Correct breakfast at the turkish restaurant close to the hotel .This restaurant called Urfa proposes excellent dishes at very decent price"

"The location is ideal for us, as we arrived and departed from the bus station. It's also just one metro stop from the main attractions. The only downside was that the last stretch with our luggage was uneven. The rooms are fine. It's missing a safe, which we thought it had. We weren't expecting a balcony. Great! Cleanliness and noise levels are acceptable. We didn't opt ​​for breakfast, so we can't rate it. The staff is attentive."

"Definitely a no frills hotel. Couple of minutes walk to Lavov Must metro station and then one stop to the centre. Hotel itself located in what feels like a run down area but always felt safe there. Just round the corner there is a lovely traditional Bulgarian restaurant. Lady on reception appeared to not know what room I had booked & asked did I want a double. Travelling with my grown up son so said no & also said had booked a twin. On website depicted as two large beds however we had two small beds. Good sized bathroom though small shower cubicle but good shower so all was well. Fridge in room must have been set too high as my water was frozen the next morning. Despite small beds and room on road side we both slept well (or maybe that the good Bulgarian lager we drank lol). Summarising up it was ok but would not return to that particular hotel. Would look at someone more in the centre."
