B&B HOTEL Wien-Meidling

"I stayed in B&B hotel for 3 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean. They had toiletries in the room including clean towels. The second day I asked for more towels since mine was dirty and they changed it immediately. The staff are professional and really nice. I didn’t know much about the transportation in Vienna and they were really helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent but you shouldn’t be late. There is nothing much to do around the hotel but it’s really close to the bus/tram station where you can go pretty much anywhere in Vienna. Via tram, it takes about 30-40 minutes to go see most of the tourist attractions. My only complaint is that they dont have a kettle or a fridge/minibar in the room. In my opinion, these are necessary for a guest to have but it depends on your priorities i guess. Other than this, my stay went smoothly. If I visit Vienna again, I’d definitely stay in this hotel without any doubt."

"We arrived earlier - 11ish am - stood at the reception for a bit of time and although housekeeping saw us coming in, we had to wait for some time as there was nobody at the reception, which seemed to be the case throughout our stay. There are air-con units to heat the rooms so our room was rather cold during our first night but very comfy nevertheless. Breakfast was continental - so no hot options - and offered a few options. One of the strongest points of the hotel was its proximity to public transport with a tram stop literally across the street. Compared to another B&B Hotel we stayed at in Rome, the hotel fell short of our expectations service-wise as the staff - housekeeping exempted - seemed to be disgruntled for having to work in the holidays."
