Don’t Stay Here in Summer
"There was no air conditioning, which resulted in one of the most uncomfortable nights' sleep our family has experienced. The room temperature remained around 28°C, and due to the building being old, it retained heat, making it warmer inside than outside. We were forced to open the windows for relief; however, this led to significant noise disruption and also a lack of privacy, as adjoining windows provided direct visibility into the room. A small fan mounted high on the ceiling offered little to no improvement. The hotel exterior and entrance were also confusing, opening into a basic lower-level area with no clear signage directing guests to reception. Finding our way with luggage while navigating multiple flights of stairs was difficult and inconvenient. Due to the extreme heat in the rooms, we were unable to stay and checked out early. Unfortunately, no alternative solution or assistance was offered by the hotel. Given that European summers are known to be hot, it is disappointing that suitable cooling options were not provided for guests paying a premium rate"
False Advertising + Basic + Paper thin walls
"This property is 2 star at best and you will be paying for proximity to transit and landmarks. Many amenities listed on the Expedia page are non-existent and/or severely exaggerated. The walls are paper-thin (you hear absolutely everything, all conversations, tv, toilet, water running, closets closing, snoring, everything! - For items that are missing but listed on Expedia website and basis as 3 star : no safe, no coffee maker (1 reception area but you have to pay), no kettle (1in reception area for all of hotel), only hand soap and shower gel available. The rooms are beyond tiny but not really an issue just FYI with all else. When I asked about the missing items and said that this was all false advertising, the rude manager said that it wasn't lying aa they do provide a kettle (it's 1 kettle that can only be used in the lobby and for use by all hotel guests!!)and there is a coffee machine in lobby (pay per use and again only in lobby) - if i would have known how awful this place was I would have booked one of the other 2 hotels that were actually 3 stars. This place is a joke. This is fine for 1 night not more but more importantly it is not worth the money and is dishonest in its advertising."
Good hotel, silent and clean
"I was with two classes in The hotel(I am a teacher). The Hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good. The building is a bit hold but you have a good breakfast and good quality for what you pay. Location is right in the centre near metro station Rathaus, near to touristic attractions"
