Holiday Inn Innsbruck by IHG

"Stayed here on the night of June-29, 2026 in room 102. The view from the balcony was of the innsbruck alps opposite & the parking & outdoor restaurant seating area on the ground floor & the wetscher max logo opposite. We had abysmal Wi-Fi reception on both 29th night & 30th morning, not only in the room but in the reception also. Thus this hotel's Wi-Fi amenity is lacking & needs improving. Ate a continental breakfast here on the morning of June-30, 2026."

"A large, clean modern budget hotel on the edge of Innsbruck in a commercial, light industrial area 500m to the motorway intersection. At night it was perfectly quiet. Used by people on business as well as on holiday. Takes coach parties as well. A bus (route F) runs every 15 minutes from a stop right outside the hotel to the city centre and airport. You can also get an hourly express bus (route 405) via the motorway to the lovely hillside villages of Natters and Mutters from the same stop. It was the best value hotel we could find for our 4 day stay in Innsbruck. It's very close to the DEZ a large shopping centre 5 minutes walk away. Rooms were just what we wanted with a bath and lovely hot water! Good buffet breakfast although it was busy and the staff were having trouble keeping everything topped up. Best to go down after 0900 if you want to avoid the crowds. Dinner is also served but the menu is limited and not terribly inspiring. Best to go downtown or perhaps try the well rated Rosseo Italian restaurant around the corner (although it was closed for Fasching celebrations when we tried to book). The hotel has got a bar which is modern but not very cosy. Great place for a budget stay. About a mile from the interesting castle, Schloss Ambras."

"Nice hotel but under construction, builders banging drilling from 7:30 am, totally unacceptable, was never told that works where being done. Bar staff great views good, ample parking. Do not visit this hotel if you want to sleep. Reception would not refund either."
