"My partner and I went to the restaurant for dinner. I have a very serious dairy allergy and she has a very serious nut allergy. When ordering we made this clear to the waitress in both German and English. She firmly told us both dishes were allergen free. We doubled checked five minutes later about the dairy allergy, specifically asking if there was any butter in the dish, to which she confirmed there was not. When the food arrived, there was clearly butter all over my food. We showed the waitress and she went to check with the kitchen before confirming it was butter. She didn’t seem too bothered, despite us making it clear that both our allergies are incredibly serious. We ended up paying £23 for two drinks and left. Do not go here if you have a serious allergy."

"Gorgeous hotel in 600-year-old building. Everything was exquisite and top-notch. I originally incorrectly booked a smaller room for only one person for my wife and I. For a slightly additional fee they found us beautiful larger room. The breakfast was excellent and the service was outstanding throughout. Location is right in Old Town close to everything. I would highly recommend."
