Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Mitte

"Not a professional experience. The only thing this hotel had going for it was location - it was near the train station. The room was run down, the sofa was broken. There were mosquitos in the room, getting in through the air vents. The staff were unkempt, tired and grumpy - especially Nicolas who was rude to me; he had greasy hair and unwashed skin, and seemed angry to be there. The pool was freezing cold. The sauna was not working. The jacuzzi did not exist. The gym was a little room with some weights and a treadmill. When I ordered food they insisted that I retrieve it from the front desk, indicating that will charge me extra for room delivery. This was not a real international business class hotel, and it was not as advertised."

"A fabulous location. Close to rail and trams. Ten min walk from Berlin central station. Fully equipped spacious apartment with a balcony. Bar staff were brilliant so friendly and attentive making us delicious cocktails. Nothing was too much trouble for them."

"The stay was ok. The breakfast was descent. But you have to leave a deposit when you arrive which is fine. But we were told we could use that to pay for parking when we left. When we were leaving suddenly they couldn’t do that. So I paid for parking and they said they were transferring the deposit to my account. Now over a month later still no deposit returned to me. Their support isn’t to much help. They keep sending me around to people who can’t help. So that kinda ruins the whole experience"
