Wellington Hotel

"I’ve stayed there over the past few weeks and the room was like an ice box and turn radiators on and no heating at all coming through. When I stay at other hotels if I leave a dirty mug from morning coffee I go back and it’s changed also the wee packets for sugar etc not even topped up. Before that times I turn up and had no towels and room not even been clean since last person"

"I’m local and just came in for a quick beer, went to the gents and can honestly say that they were disgusting, the smell of stale urine took your breath away, and there was actually faeces on one of the seats, and that’s why I don’t come in here on a regular basis. Cmon Wellington you can do better than this ."

"Aberdeen The Wellington. Can not say a bad word about the staff. Three young staff members could not have been any nicer or helpful. Went over and above to try and communicate with 5 deaf friends. I am hearing, however, i did not interpret as the staff were making them feel very welcome and worked through any barriers without me! Kudos to Liam, Lois and Andrew. I hope their managers praise them for being so compassionate and welcoming. On the not so good side of things, the whole place stank of toilets. Really bad. We were moved seats to further away, but unfortunately the smell was too strong to not follow us. If the smell goes we would want to come back, just for the staff."
