"Perfect location, 5 min walk from bus/train station. All staff we met weee very friendly and welcoming."
Pay a little extra and go somewhere better.
"Locations fine although the single glazing makes it quite a noisy night as you are in the centre of town. The lift was dodgy as all hell, we kept getting assured that it worked fine but it very rarely did. No air con in the rooms and no working extractor fan in the bathroom made for a muggy environment. A warning to keep the bathroom door shut when showering just in case we set off the fire alarm also raised some eyebrows. Room and bathroom in general was also quite dirty looking but I think it was ages and use that made it look that way rather than dirt they just need a refresh."
Not the welcome I expected.
"The staff weren't very approachable and didn't seem to care müch about the guests. A friendly attitude would have made a bit difference."
